Chung Shi comfort step & Chung Shi balance Step: Chung Shi Aubioring system are a patented health shoe which makes walking and running more dynamic. The entire range of shoes is based on a curved sole that angles at 15 degrees (Comfort Step) or 20 degrees (balance step) at the toe and heel, this makes for improved posture, muscle toning and core stability.
